What do you do at CE&I?

As a facilitator, I coach and mentor our learning partners and incoming cohort organizations across all sectors that CEI serves. I provide innovative research and curriculum development for CEI’s trainings and learning processes. I also assist with outcome reporting and internal organization development.

What did you do prior to CEI?

I practiced law in St Louis, MO and Washington, DC in the public interest and federal government sectors. I founded a coaching and consulting company in 2013 and have served hundreds of executive, organizational, and freelance clients to turn their professional/personal strategic visions into reality. I am a former operations and professional development director for a start-up company dedicated to educating underserved youth. I remain active in a youth leadership organization that fosters greater understanding of cultural and religious pluralism, collaborative leadership, and environmental care practices.

What do you believe?

I believe that it only takes one person who is willing to change, and willing to speak up about that change, in order to transform the world.

What is a question that guides your work?

Who am I not to?
